Citea Bordeaux is located close to the Meriadeck shopping centre and a 10 minute walk from the town centre with all the local shops, bakery, post office, and supermarket. From June to September, an outdoor swimming pool is available to guests. On site amenities include laundry facilities, dry cleaning service, safety deposit boxes at the front desk, wake up calls, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, elevators, and vending machines. Airport transfers, parking and breakfast are also available for a fee.

The reception desk is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 12:00 noon and 2:00 PM to 8:30 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and is closed on Sundays and bank holidays.
